I hope that's magical non-hair-burning fire! :D Dude looks like he's afraid that dragon is coming in for a landing on his face! Better swing that sword quickly...and hope for a good roll. ;)
The dragon is very iconic (reminds me of a heraldry design). The expansive landscape is a nice touch.
Oh man I totally forgot about that old D& D cartoon, I loved that one. I remember it coming on really early Saturday morning and I usually missed it, if I was lucky I would catch the last 5-10 min.
I love the shield. This looks like it should be in some ancient medieval book warning people about the dangers of dragons, Nice.
Thanks guys! Yeah, this was another doodle that kind of got out of hand. I think I am beginning to outgrow my small moleskin sketchbook and need to move on to something larger. Either that, or force myself to paint more. Too much art to make and not enough time to make it in!!!!

ReplyDeleteErm . . . too much of any game involving dice is probably not a good thing.
ReplyDeleteI still want to know if those kids made it back home at the end of the old D&D cartoon!!!

Reminds me of old Jewish drawings.
